13. Cherokee Mist (S710) (1) - The complete studio take. Jimi's grandmother was part Cherokee Indian and it's said that he wrote this as a tribute to his ancestry.

14. 3 Little Bears / South Saturn Delta / Untitled Instrumental Jam 3LB (S782) (4) - SSD/UI Jam (S1116) (4) - Studio jam that became the building block for 3 Little Bears and South Saturn Delta. 3 Little Bears in this mix has Jimi's vocals along with some guitar overdubs added. At this point is very close to the official track found on War Heroes. South Saturn Delta along with the Untitled Instrumental continue to the end of the track in their unedited form.

1. 3 Little Bears / South Saturn Delta / Untitled Instrumental Jam 3LB (S1352) (5) - SSD/UI Jam(S1116) (5) - This mix of the studio jam has Jimi's vocals mixed high with the music track mixed low on 3 Little Bears for the first 4:14 for a vocal overdub. After the vocal take, South Saturn Delta along with the Untitled Instrumental are brought back to the front and continue to the end in their unedited form.

2. 3 Little Bears (S?) (8) - This mix has echo added to the vocals and two guitar parts until the end of the second verse. After this point, the track continues with rhythm guitar only.

11. Voodoo Chile (S1320) (5) - Take 5 of the Sessions Tape. Eddie Kramer starts adding the overdubbed crowd noises at this point. Jimi quickly kills this take as he feels Eddie is putting the overdub in at the wrong location of the track.

This track is 24 seconds longer than the version found on Blues.

October 20th, 1968 - Studio B, TTG Studios, Los Angeles, USA - Lee Michaels joins the Experience in the studio as Jimi records 15 takes of a new composition called Messenger. Jimi had jammed with Lee the night before at the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood.
6. Untitled Instumental Jam (S1354) (JS31) - There could be a slight chance that this track is Take 15 of Messenger. EH states that Lee's piano part was overdubbed to Take 15 which was the final take. A slight clue to this possibility is at the end of the track. Jimi can be clearly heard talking to
Eddie in the control booth while at the same time, his voice is also heard on the tape.

October 21th, 1968 - Studio B, TTG Studios, Los Angeles, USA - Jimi records twenty seven takes of "Calling All Devil's Children", a tongue in cheekparty song. Sometime during the day, the Experience is joined by Buddy Miles and Lee Michaels for some informal jamming.
